1. Who we are
Reslo AI is operated by Wakalat Fann wa Fikrah Lil-Da'aya wal-I'lan, trading as Art & Idea ("Art & Idea", "we", "us"), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use Reslo AI as a business customer ("Customer") and, where relevant, when your callers, chat visitors and website users ("End Users") interact with a Reslo AI agent deployed on your behalf.
2. What data we collect
From Customers (our business subscribers)
- Account and contact details: name, business name, email, phone number, business address.
- Billing details processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle does not share full card numbers with us — see Section 5).
- Configuration data you provide to build your AI agent: services, hours, pricing, booking rules, and any documents or scripts you upload.
From End Users (your callers and chat visitors)
- Call audio and transcripts, chat and SMS message content, caller phone number, and any information volunteered during the interaction (e.g. name, requested service, appointment preferences).
- Technical data such as IP address and device/browser type for website chat sessions.
3. How we use data
- To operate the Service: answering calls/chats, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and syncing to your calendar or CRM.
- To maintain and improve the accuracy of our AI models and troubleshoot issues.
- To bill for the Service (via Paddle) and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where Saudi Arabia's PDPL applies, we process personal data based on Customer consent, contractual necessity (to deliver the subscribed Service), and legitimate business interests. Where the EU/French GDPR applies (for example, where Customer's own end customers are in France or the EU), our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and consent, as applicable to each processing activity.

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with subprocessors under confidentiality and data-processing obligations, and only as needed to deliver the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain call/chat transcripts and account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 12 months) to support billing disputes, legal obligations, and service continuity, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Saudi Arabia's PDPL and, where applicable, GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Customers can exercise these rights for their own account data directly; End Users who wish to exercise rights over data collected during a call or chat with a Reslo AI agent should contact the business they called, or contact us directly and we will route the request.

8. International data transfers
Data may be processed in Saudi Arabia and in other countries where our infrastructure and subprocessors operate. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies/local storage required for basic site functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on reslo.artsandidea.com.
11. Children's privacy
Reslo AI is intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
