1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Reslo AI (the "Service"), an AI-powered call, chat and text answering platform operated by Wakalat Fann wa Fikrah Lil-Da'aya wal-I'lan, trading as Art & Idea ("Art & Idea", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Description of the Service
Reslo AI provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound phone calls, website chat and SMS on behalf of Customer's business, qualifies leads, and books appointments into Customer's calendar and/or CRM, according to the plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) Customer subscribes to. Features, call/interaction limits and included integrations vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate business and contact information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for use by businesses and business representatives, not by private individuals for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Subscription, Billing and Payment
Reslo AI is sold on a subscription basis and billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for invoicing, collecting payment, calculating and remitting applicable sales tax/VAT, and issuing receipts. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in USD; local currency conversion and tax are calculated at checkout.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the applicable plan fee.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@reslo.artsandidea.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or use that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or the rights of a third party; transmit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent content; attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service without authorization; or use the Service to place unsolicited or robocalls in violation of applicable telemarketing or communications law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
8. AI Output and Professional Advice
Reslo AI uses artificial intelligence to interpret and respond to callers and chat visitors. While designed for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Reslo AI is a scheduling and lead-qualification tool; it is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and Customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided to its own customers and for compliance obligations specific to its industry (for example, healthcare or legal intake requirements).
9. Intellectual Property
Art & Idea retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, AI models, scripts and branding. Customer retains ownership of its own business data, call recordings and transcripts, and any content it provides to configure its AI agent. Customer grants Art & Idea a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data, including call recordings and transcripts, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art & Idea disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call or chat interaction will be handled without error.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Art & Idea's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount Customer paid to Art & Idea (via Paddle) in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Art & Idea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Art & Idea harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in Customer's own jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
